MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA AND ITS PROCEDURE.
A. Ordinary Membership. Any adult sensible man or woman, more than the age of eighteen years, bearing excellent moral character, willing to work well meaningly for the purposes of the organization and willing to pay Rs.250 monthly (Rs.3000 yearly) for ordinary membership or Rs.50000 in lump sum for life time membership, can request on a prescribed membership form to the President of the organization who would then nominate the applicant strictly owing to the above said criteria. If the request of applicant gets reject due to reasons whatsoever, he/she can appeal to “General Body” and the decision of the “General Body” shall be final authority. “Administrative Assembly” shall give written rejection cause to applicant. Honorary Membership. Any educated, experienced, hard working and enthusiastic person, related with such an organization which may be helpful in fulfilling the organizational objectives, can be nominated through mutual decision of “Administrative Assembly” as an “Honorary Member” of the organization. Patrons & Chief Patron. “Administrative Assembly” can request devoted and powerful persons for the posts of Patrons & Chief Patron(only one post) who can be helpful in raising the fame of the organization and as a criterion is willing to pay Rs.75000(for Patron) & Rs.100000(for Chief Patron) in lump sum to accept willingly these posts. Note: Special discount may be given to low income educated, experienced, hard working and enthusiastic applicants. B. Eligibility. Only ordinary and lifetime members can be members of “General Body” and reserve rights to cast vote. C. Cancellation/Suspension of Membership. If a member will not pay his/her membership dues within one month of his/her expiry date, his/her membership will be suspended. If a local member (this condition excludes Pakistani & foreigner members) remains absent from meeting of the organization, then his/her membership will be cancelled either by “General Body or “Administrative Assembly” of which he/she is a member. The “Administrative Assembly” will be authorized to suspend / terminate any permanent/honorary member of the organization who is found involved in working against the cause of the organization or in any activity which brings adverse effects on the image of the organization. Such a member will no longer be able to use the name of the organization, nor he/she would recourse to the Court of Law. “President of the Organization” will issue a “show cause” notice to the member who violates the codes of discipline of the organization. In case of unsatisfactory reply, the accused member will be given a “WARNING” by the “President of the Organization”. If the accused member does not improve, he/she will be terminated by majority of opinion in the “Administrative Assembly”. If a member is no more able to carry on his/her voluntary services and has paid his/her dues can resign from his/her responsibilities which is acceptable.
D. Restoration Of Membership. If membership was suspended due to non payment of organizational dues can be restored automatically by paying of dues. The member, whose membership had been cancelled by “Administrative Assembly”, can appeal to “General Body” whose decision will be a final authority. |
