This fact is necessary to clear here that DEWAN VOLUNTEERS FOUNDATION (DVF) does not have any facility of personal transport to carry man power or its resources to the programme sights and besides transportation of these resources, management of DEWAN VOLUNTEERS FOUNDATION (DVF) uses public or rented transport to visit programme sights and availability of public or rented transport is very expensive in Muzaffarabad. Now it would be very comprehensive for humanitarians to understand this fact that how much difficulties DEWAN VOLUNTEERS FOUNDATION (DVF) would have been facing for the completion of its programmes. These projects can be completed with 40% less expenditures if two Shehzore carriages may be provided as donations. Besides, this facility will prove very much essential for the completion of “High Standard Model School System” and other programmes whose details has been written in their respective programme list. Collective Marriages Ceremonies Programme
DEWAN VOLUNTEERS had held two programmes of collective marriages ceremonies, with the kind cooperation of Dewan Mushtaq Group and Mid Land International UK Trust , and this programme has been talk of the town both in print and electronic medias. In these two programmes, 52 couples of low income boys and orphan girls were attached in wedlock and each couple was provided a package pertaining bridal clothes, ten suits, two simple jewellery sets, two dinner sets with complete kitchen set, gas stove with cylinder, two double Korean blankets, two quilts, two beddings, two bed steads, one sewing machine, one suit case, one iron safe, an imported tent and four thousand rupees so that these couples may spent their lives after marriage with comfort.
Besides this, relatives of the couples, some special guests and entire administration were entertained with lunch and tea party.
It is a fact that increasing moral worthlessnesses and crimes could be stopped and the intentions of the nation builders who start leading dissolute life can be replaced with positive thinking if young boys and girls are pierced in attachment of marriage because low income boys & helpless orphan girls do not have reasonable resources to abide by this religious tradition of marriage. That is why these nation builders are caught to lead an immoral life due to their extreme stepping and as a result temptations and moral worthlessnesses in the society are born and the society keeps on entangling in whirlpool of such damage. “High Standard Model School System” Programme.
While building shelter homes in remote affected areas in Muzaffarabad, Dewan Volunteer saw small innocent children getting about dissolutely due to unavailability of reasonable educational environment and facilities in these areas. The important thing is that the majority of these children has attraction toward education, moreover with the exception of some low-income people, majority of the parents want to pay reasonable fees against excellent educational facilities for the excellent future of their children. So DVF has decided to launch “High Standard Model School System” in these remote affected areas of Muzaffarabad and immediate construction of one earthquake resistant building in the areas of “Lower Chattar” in Muzaffarabad and following this, running of this school under experienced management and expert teachers are the first step in the series of holding such “High Standard Model School System” and then experience of this quality education will be extended to remote disaster affected areas in Muzaffarabad . Though it is, somewhat, a slow process but as DVF originates from Muzaffarabad, that is why we want to make this system fruitful on long term basis.
Moreover, where on one hand through holding this “High Standard Model School System”, nation builders of growing age of these remote areas of Muzaffarabad will get real relief of standard education harmonious with demands of modern age and on other hand at the same time through income generated by this “High Standard Model School System” by charges from parents who can afford expenses of their children, not only boy and girl students pertaining orphans, poor children and off sets of low income parents of these areas will be provided scholarships secretly for education, books and uniform without hurting their self honor but also this income will be spent as permanent basis surety on helpless orphans and widows from these and out from these areas. According to our assessment, at least 50% to 60% of students will be, initially, provided scholarships for fees, uniform & books and this percentage may be increased owing to donations from humanitarians.
We have introduced provision of sholarships rather than provision of free education so that non paying students may not be distinguished from paying students so as to protect their self honour and confidence.

DVF’s Ambulance Service Programmes.
This fact is explainable that DEWAN VOLUNTEERS FOUNDATION (DVF) wants to attain Allah's favor by continuing its humanity service programmes on permanent basis in remote backward areas in Muzaffarabad affected by earthquake. In these areas where on one side, although problems like difficulties in holding marriages of young boys and girls as well as lack of standard educational facilities are at their respective place but besides, unavailability of ambulance facility for carrying patients timely, especially of pregnant women in emergency conditions, from these areas to nearby hospital is a huge problem. Such patients, due to being at distance from hospital, often went into the jaws of death due to unavailability of reasonable facility in this regard. DEWAN VOLUNTEERS FOUNDATION (DVF) needs immediately two ambulances to get rid of these problems in such areas.
Besides this, recently DEWAN VOLUNTEERS FOUNDATION (DVF) has donated medicines of at about worth Rs. 10,00,000 given by “Dewan Mushtaq Group” to a hospital running under management of an organization, C.D.R.S. , set up by an American national situated at “Chikar”, an area at 20 Kilometer far from DEWAN VOLUNTEERS FOUNDATION (DVF) programme area, “Mushtimba”.
